The role
In this role you will support the company’s sales and marketing efforts by persistently following up on leads and consultative lead nurturing activity. Your main responsibilities will be to identify, qualify and cultivate new sales opportunities through follow up calls to both campaign and event leads. To achieve this you will be asked to respond to all inquiries, whether these be inbound or outbound calls, emails or through live chat.

You will educate the prospective clients on the product information and qualify the lead. You are expected to be self-motivated in acquiring referrals and further contact information where needed, while achieving realistic quarterly targets.You will be speaking to a range of Company sizes from SMEs to Corporate clients in what is a consultative sales role.

A friendly, outgoing culture that provides a supportive environment yet does not believe in micro-management. The office is open plan with the company looking to build a strong team where individuals are driven and self-motivated while remaining a closely knit team, with a flat structure and a supportive team leader. You will be part of a small team that is closely knit and will frequently take lunches and social activities together.

The person
To be successful in this role you will have at least 1 year proven track record in sales or related experience. You must have excellent phone manner with strong communication skills both verbal and written. Most important, is a positive, pro-active approach, the ability to work towards targets while also having the ability to quickly absorb technology concepts and products. With the drive and self-motivation to succeed, you will see clear career progression in the first 12 months.
