What`s in it for you?

You will be rewarded with a Base Salary of $80,000 + Super + Uncapped Commission Structure which will see you earning in excess of $150,000 in your first year. You will be working with a high achieving sales team who were 100% to budget by July last year.

You will be working in a very supportive environment both from a colleague and management perspective.

What will you be doing?

As the Business Development Manager, you will be targeting mid to large corporate organisations, exclusively selling to C- level & Directors, providing clients with a range of business intelligence solutions.

You will be working hard to develop new accounts as well as managing existing. Providing online demonstrations whilst ensuring continued growth within current relationships. An ability to understand and implement the end to sales process will be paramount in succeeding in this role.

Who will you be doing it for?

You will be working for a multinational organisation with an extensive client base as well a strong market presence. Their product suite is extremely varied allowing excellent market penetration across different industries. They are experiencing rapid growth and looking for the right talent to join the business. You will be working under a number of supportive managers and piers who will help guide you to achieving your goals.

What you must have to apply for this role:

  • A Bachelor's degree
  • Previous Internal B2B solution sales experience
  • Experience pitching business to C - level contacts
  • Solid history of achieving / over-achieving sales targets
  • Previous solution sales experience ideally selling subscription based products

You will be highly regarded if you also have:

  • Experience selling business information or digital media solutions
  • The ability to think outside the box in creating solutions
  • Experience delivering online sales presentations
